This Weekend

Well, the last few days have been tough. We packed and moved my parents on Thurs and Fri. It was raining on Fri when we did most of the moving and my girls were out in the rain alot. I had to throw away Miriam's shoes and Lily had no pants to wear after they got real muddy. On Sat, we moved them into their new apartment. We had lots of help so it only took a little over an hour. There was not good communication between my mom and dad so a lot of stuff that was going to storage ended up in the apartment. This did not make my mom happy, but it all ended up okay. They are now getting settled in. We are really enjoying having them so close by. On Sunday, I ate 1/2 of a container of macaroni salad and by Sunday night I was very sick. I really think it was food poisoning. I went to the walk-in clinic Monday morning because I was miserable. I was there 2 1/2 hours total and I was 6th in line when they opened. Thanks goodness my dad took Mon off from work. He took good care of me and my girls. I don't know what I would have done without him. So today I am feeling much better, but I did wake up with a sinus infection. Then I get a call and one of my clients is probably in labor. I really wish it wouldn't happen tonight, but I really want to be there. I don't know if I should call my backup or just go. We'll see.
